Overview
The Jill Smith Team is seeking a creative, strategic, and tech-forward Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help shape the next stage of our growth.
We are looking for a marketing professional who understands branding, content, digital campaigns, and lead generation. Being proficient in Ai platforms, enjoying ongoing learning, and collaboration are key traits for the person in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team’s overall marketing strategy and campaign calendar.
- Develop and execute marketing plans for property listings.
- Manage our social media presence, content strategy, publishing schedule, and brand voice.
- Create targeted email campaigns for buyers, sellers, past clients, prospects, and referral partners.
- Develop hyperlocal campaigns for the neighborhoods and communities we serve.
- Plan and manage digital advertising and lead-generation campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand across digital, social, email, print, and promotional materials.
- Track campaign performance and use data to improve results.
- Manage the priorities, workflow, and performance of a remote marketing assistant.
- Collaborate with the Event Planner to promote client and community events.
- Support team agents with approved marketing campaigns, tools, and resources.
- Maintain organized marketing calendars, project trackers, templates, and procedures.
Technology and Ongoing Learning
Technology is central to this role. The Marketing Manager will:
- Participate in regular training on new platforms, AI tools, and marketing technologies.
- Evaluate new tools based on their usefulness, cost, ease of adoption, and business impact.
- Work directly with the Technology Officer to test, implement, and improve marketing systems.
- Use AI, CRM, automation, and emerging platforms to improve content, targeting, lead generation, and client engagement.
- Help train team members and create clear processes for newly adopted tools.
- Continually look for smarter and more efficient ways to work.
Candidates do not need to be developers or technical specialists. However, they must be comfortable learning new systems, experimenting with technology, and adapting as marketing tools continue to evolve.
