Position Summary
Sehat Law Firm is seeking a highly driven Social Media Marketing Manager to build one of the nation's leading digital brands in civil rights litigation. This position is responsible for creating compelling educational content, growing our online presence, generating qualified case inquiries, and positioning the firm as the leading authority in cases involving:
- Jail and prison deaths
- Jail sexual abuse and sexual assault
- Police misconduct and excessive force
- Wrongful death
- Constitutional rights litigation
- Medical neglect in custody
This is not a traditional law firm marketing position. We are looking for someone who understands storytelling, persuasive communication, analytics, and digital growth while maintaining the professionalism required for sensitive legal matters.
The successful candidate will work directly with the firm's owner to translate complex legal issues into engaging content that educates the public and builds trust.
Primary ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-platform marketing strategy.
- Manage all firm social media accounts.
- Create monthly content calendars.
- Increase followers, engagement, and qualified lead generation.

Create original content including

Civil Rights Educational Campaigns
Develop educational campaigns explaining topics such as:

- What is a Monell claim?
- What should families do after an in-custody death?
- Warning signs of jail medical neglect.
- Rights of incarcerated individuals.
- Sexual abuse by correctional officers.
- Police accountability.
- Government liability.

Content should be legally accurate while remaining understandable to the public.
