We’re a growing construction company looking for a creative Social Media Specialist to showcase our projects, team, and company culture across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Capture on-site photo and video content
• Create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Highlight project progress, team features, and company updates
• Track performance analytics and adjust content strategy
• Engage with followers and respond to messages
• Work with project managers and leadership on marketing needs

Qualifications

• 1–3 years social media or digital marketing experience
• Strong photography/video skills; comfortable visiting job sites
• Experience with Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.
• Strong writing and communication abilities
• Construction or trades experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.26 - $30.42 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
