Social Media Manager for YouTube Creator — Organic Growth Only (No Bots / No Fake Traffic)

About Me

I run the YouTube channel Spence Unpacked, a fast-growing storytelling/commentary channel about life in the UK, leaving the UK, and rebuilding your life abroad.

I post long-form videos 2–3 times per week and want to expand my presence across:

  • TikTok
  • Instagram (Reels + posts)
  • X (Twitter)
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn

I already do the long-form content myself.

What I need is someone to turn my long videos into high-performing Shorts/Reels and manage posting + engagement across all platforms.

What You Will Do

1️⃣ Extract & Edit Short-Form Clips (using OpusClips + your own judgement)

You will

  • Use OpusClips (login provided) to generate initial clip selections from my long YouTube videos
  • Curate only the strongest moments, not everything Opus produces
  • Refine the clips with clean pacing, accurate captions, and proper framing
  • Prepare polished Shorts/Reels/TikToks that fit my tone and storytelling style

OpusClips is a tool, your role is to choose, improve, and finalise the clips for posting.

Maintain my voice, tone, style, and emotional feel

(Note: I have Opus; you can use it or your own workflow.)

2️⃣ Multi-Platform Social Media Management

Schedule posts across TikTok / Instagram / X / Facebook / LinkedIn ( I can +1 you into Metricool)

Write platform-specific captions (clean English, no hashtags spam)

Maintain brand consistency

Uploads via Metricool or native platforms

Keep analytics clean and track progress

3️⃣ Community & Engagement

  • Reply to comments in my tone (warm, honest, thoughtful — no generic responses)
  • Start conversations that build trust and community
  • Flag interesting audience insights or emerging themes

4️⃣ Growth Strategy (Organic Only)

  • Identify what types of clips perform best per platform
  • Recommend timing, pacing, trends (without chasing meaningless virality)
  • Build real, authentic audiences — no shortcuts, no bots, no fakes
