On The Island Apparel is a custom apparel and print shop based on Long Island specializing in embroidery, DTF printing, uniforms, and branded merchandise.
We are looking for a freelancer or small agency (not in-house) to manage organic social media posting across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
We already create photos and videos in-house. Your role is to edit content, write captions, plan posts in advance, and schedule them using a structured approval-based workflow.
Posting volume
1–2 posts per day on EACH platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Content may be repurposed across platforms.
All captions and posts must be submitted for approval before posting. Content will be planned and approved weekly so this is not a daily or on-call role.
This is an ongoing monthly retainer for someone who is organized, creative, and comfortable with short-form video.
