Part-Time Social Media Manager for Fashion Small Business (Grow With Us)

**Because this role involves modeling women’s fashion products, we are specifically seeking someone who identifies as a woman to accurately represent the items on camera.***

This is a part-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Toronto, ON, with occasional in-person meetups. You’ll be responsible for creating and modeling social media content (both static and video), developing digital marketing strategies, and communicating our brand story across multiple platforms. You should be deeply familiar with social media trends, confident in front of the camera, and comfortable analyzing content performance.

I’m looking for someone who wants to grow with the business—think of this as a co-founder–in-spirit role where you’ll touch many parts of the brand as we evolve.

What You’ll Do

Plan, create, and post static and video content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns

Research trends and produce content that aligns with our small business

Monitor social media channels and engage actively with our community

Track and analyze content performance to understand what resonates

Collaborate closely with me to brainstorm and pitch fresh, creative ideas

Qualifications

Strong video editing skills and experience creating social media content

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfortable and confident on camera—this role will occasionally involve modeling and showcasing our pieces

Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms

Experience with social media campaigns and performance tracking tools

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Background in fashion or beauty is a plus

Compensation

We’re a small (one-person—but mighty!) sole proprietorship. Our budget is modest for now, but there’s plenty of room to grow as the business grows.
