Social Media Content Manager - Personal Brand

I'm looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Content Manager to help scale my personal brand in the beauty entrepreneurship space. You'll be working directly with me to amplify my message of helping aspiring beauty brand founders launch their businesses with zero startup inventory.

With 8,164+ followers and a proven track record of building a $1.2M beauty brand, I need someone who can help me reach more women who dream of starting their own beauty empires.

Who You'll Be Working With

Brittney - Beauty brand entrepreneur, educator, and founder of the Plug & Play Beauty Brand Launch Program. I've helped 70+ women launch 6-7 figure beauty brands and built my own million-dollar skincare brand across Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart.

My mission is simple: democratize beauty entrepreneurship and prove that anyone can launch a successful beauty brand without breaking the bank.

What You'll Do

Content Strategy & Creation

Develop and execute daily content strategies that drive webinar signups and program enrollments

Create engaging static posts, video scripts, and carousel content that converts

Write compelling captions in my authentic "sister-to-sister" tone

Plan content calendars that balance educational value with sales objectives

Performance Optimization

Analyze content performance and optimize based on data-driven insights

Focus on our highest-converting content types: celebrity business breakdowns, success stories, and cost-saving strategies

Test new formats while maintaining our signature high-energy, motivational style

Community Management

Respond to "VIP" and "LIVE" comments and direct followers to appropriate funnels

Engage authentically with our target audience of Black women aged 25-45

Monitor and respond to DMs related to beauty brand questions

Campaign Management

Support product launches and webinar promotions

Create urgency-driven content that converts followers to customers

Coordinate with email marketing and other channels for cohesive campaigns

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills

2+ years of social media management experience, preferably in entrepreneurship/education

Proven track record of growing engagement and converting followers to customers

Strong copywriting skills with ability to match brand voice

Experience with Instagram analytics and performance optimization

Understanding of sales funnel integration with social content

Bonus Points

Experience in beauty, wellness, or entrepreneurship niches

Knowledge of e-commerce and business education content

Familiarity with webinar funnels and course launches

Understanding of our target demographic and their pain points

Experience with celebrity hook strategies and trending topics
