The main goal is to help our clients get more views, reach, followers, and engagement across social media.

What you will do

• Grow personal brands on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X
• Create strategies to increase views and reach
• Find trending topics, formats, and content ideas
• Study what content is getting high views and engagement
• Use organic/free methods to increase views
• Help content reach new audiences
• Track results and improve the strategy
• Work with the client/team to understand the personality and brand

What we are looking for

• Previous experience growing personal brands
• Experience working with business owners, CEOs, influencers, creators, or personalities
• Proven results with high views and reach
• Experience helping a personal brand achieve millions of views is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of organic social media growth
• Creative and able to find new ways to increase reach
• Able to show real examples of previous work
