Bilingual Social Media Publishing & Community Coordinator | English & Spanish | Remote
Solano Law Firm is looking for an organized, personable social media professional to keep our content publishing consistently and our online community connected.
We help immigrants build a better future by removing legal barriers. You’ll help turn online interest into meaningful conversations and connect prospective clients with our intake team.
What you will be responsible for
Content scheduling and publishing
Own the publishing schedule across Spanish Facebook, English Instagram, both English and Spanish TikTok accounts, and English YouTube.
Schedule and publish approved videos, Reels, static posts, carousels, and Shorts.
Check captions, links, tags, covers, formatting, and language before posts go live.
Verify that scheduled posts publish correctly and resolve or escalate publishing issues.
Keep the content calendar updated and flag missing assets before deadlines.
Daily stories
Assemble and publish five story frames per day on each of our four social accounts: Facebook, Instagram, English TikTok, and Spanish TikTok.
Use approved footage, photos, reposts, polls, and branded templates.
Follow each platform’s content direction and include relevant calls to action.
Prepare content ahead of time for weekends and scheduled campaigns. Coverage will be coordinated with the Marketing Manager.
Community engagement
Monitor comments and direct messages throughout agreed working hours.
Respond in natural English and Spanish using our brand voice and approved guidelines.
Encourage conversations, acknowledge audience feedback, and engage with relevant community content.
Flag complaints, sensitive conversations, and legal questions for the appropriate team.
Share recurring questions and audience insights with our content creators.
Lead handoffs
Recognize when someone is interested in a consultation or our services.
Provide approved booking instructions and connect them with intake.
Document and track handoffs so inquiries do not get lost.
Protect personal information and direct sensitive discussions away from public comments.
Newsletter distribution
Format approved newsletter copy and graphics in our email platform.
Check links, formatting, and audience selection.
Send test emails, obtain approval, and schedule distribution.
Share basic delivery and engagement results with the Marketing Manager.
Reporting and accountability
Provide a brief weekly summary of publishing completion, audience engagement, inquiries handed to intake, and outstanding issues.
Identify opportunities to improve our publishing and response processes.
Communicate delays, missing information, and technical problems early.
Who we’re looking for
Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
Experience managing business social media accounts, scheduling content, and responding to comments and messages.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
A warm, empathetic communication style and good judgment.
Familiarity with social scheduling tools, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
Reliable internet and availability during agreed U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Experience with a law firm or an immigrant-serving audience is a plus.
How you’ll work with our team
Our writer, video specialists, and graphic designer will supply approved content and creative assets. You will own publishing, story assembly, audience responses, and intake handoffs, working directly with our Marketing Manager.
To apply, please include
A brief introduction in English and Spanish.
Examples of business accounts you have managed and what you handled.
The publishing, email, and community management tools you have used.
Your availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours.
A short Spanish response to: “Hola, quiero saber si me pueden ayudar con mi caso y cómo puedo agendar una consulta.”
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership and understands that every post, comment, and message is an opportunity to build trust.
