Job Opportunity: Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented freelancer to join our team as a Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for daily social media activities, including posting content, tagging relevant entities, and performing light data entry tasks. Your contributions will ensure that our social media presence is engaging, accurate, and aligned with our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish pre-approved content across various social media platforms, primarily focusing on Twitter/X, with possible postings on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Tag individuals, brands, and relevant accounts associated with each post.
• Use appropriate hashtags to enhance the reach and visibility of our content.
• Conduct light data entry tasks, such as updating spreadsheets with posting schedules and engagement analytics.
• Adhere to established posting schedules and guidelines while following team instructions closely.
• Collaborate with team members and utilize provided templates and examples for consistency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in social media management, including posting, tagging, and basic engagement activities.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Consistent availability to meet deadlines and deliver daily tasks reliably.

Preferred Experience

• Experience overseeing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
• Understanding of effective hashtag usage, account tagging, and general social media etiquette.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and tasks efficiently.
