Social Media Marketer for Mobile Apps (TikTok & Instagram + AI Creatives)

We're looking for a hands-on social media marketer who understands TikTok and Instagram deeply, not just posting, but following niche communities, analyzing trends, reading comments, and creating content that actually resonates.

This role is part creative, part technical, part growth hacker.

What You’ll Do

Research & follow niche communities on TikTok/Instagram (fitness, parenting, productivity, gaming, AI — depending on app)

Generate AI-based creatives using our provided tools (images, short videos, characters, etc.)

Warm up and manage phone accounts (we’ll provide VPN + guidance)

Edit short-form videos (TikTok/Reels style)

Post content consistently on multiple accounts

Monitor comments & audience sentiment to understand what hits and adjust content strategy

Help iterate on hooks, captions, posting times, and content formats

Requirements

Experience growing accounts on TikTok and/or Instagram

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)

Familiarity with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.) or willingness to learn fast

Comfort managing multiple phone accounts (warming up, safe posting speed, device/IP hygiene)

Strong sense of trends, storytelling, and niche community psychology

Able to work independently and suggest new angles, hooks, formats

We Will Provide

App niche explanations, examples, brand voice, and content references

Ideal Candidate

Obsessed with TikTok trends

Knows how to create “native-feeling” content

Understands virality triggers (comments, stitches, duets, subtleties of niche humor)

Can iterate fast and deliver consistent output

Has experience with multiple creative styles (UGC style, animated, AI, faceless, POV, etc.)
