We’ve just kicked off a new crypto project and are looking for a sharp, experienced Social Media Marketing Expert to help us build traction, awareness, and community from the ground up. This is an early-stage project with real momentum, and we want someone who knows how to move fast and execute properly.

🎯 Responsibilities

📱 Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms (X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, TikTok as needed)

🧠 Create and manage engaging crypto-native content (threads, short-form posts, memes, announcements, updates)

📊 Grow and engage the community organically (followers, comments, discussions, retention)

🔥 Assist with launch campaigns, announcements, and ongoing hype cycles

🤝 Coordinate with founders/devs to align messaging, milestones, and narratives

📈 Track performance and adjust strategy based on what’s actually working

🧩 Requirements

✅ Proven experience marketing crypto, Web3, or blockchain projects (this is non-negotiable)

✅ Strong understanding of crypto culture, trends, and platforms (CT, TG, Discord)

✅ Ability to write clear, engaging, non-cringe crypto content

✅ Experience growing accounts and communities from zero or early-stage

✅ Self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding

💎 Experience with token launches, NFT projects, or DeFi protocols

🎨 Basic graphic or meme creation skills

📣 Experience working with influencers or community ambassadors
