I am looking for a Social Media Content & Growth Specialist for my Coaching business.

My ideal hire should be a Social Media Content & Growth Specialist who can help translate strategy into consistent, high-quality execution across platforms. The goal for me is less virality and more on client acquisition.

Scope of Work

• Develop and operationalize a content strategy aligned with business goals
• Write and refine high-quality video scripts (short-form primary, and long-form as needed)
• Manage and maintain a consistent publishing cadence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Repurpose content with platform-specific nuance - not duplication
• Support development of clear CTA and content pathways that drive inbound interest
• Maintain an organized content workflow (planning, batching, scheduling)
• Review performance and iterate based on engagement and conversion signals

An Ideal Candidate should have

• Demonstrated experience supporting personal brands, coaches, or service-based businesses
• Strong writing and scripting capability — clear, direct, and audience-aware
• Solid understanding of platform dynamics across short-form and professional content channels
• Ability to balance strategy with execution and maintain consistency
• Professional communication, reliability, and ownership of deliverables
• Experience in coaching, leadership, or personal development space (nice to have)
• Familiarity with content scheduling and analytics tools (nice to have)
• Exposure to lead generation or conversion-focused content strategies (nice to have)
