Social Media VA Needed

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist & VA tomanage and grow our women’s fashion brand’s presence on Instagram. You’ll be responsible for planning content, writing engaging captions, optimizing hashtags, and maintaining a consistent, elegant brand voice that reflects our fashion identity.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute a simple Instagram content strategy
• Write engaging captions aligned with a fashion & lifestyle brand
• Research and apply effective hashtag strategies
• Schedule and manage Instagram posts
• Improve organic engagement (likes, comments, followers)
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and aesthetics
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements

What We Need

• Proven experience in social media marketing (Instagram preferred)
• Strong understanding of fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce branding
• Excellent written communication skills
• Familiarity with Instagram trends and best practices
• Experience using social media management tools is a plus
