Vice President of Trade Development

A company is looking for a Vice President of National Trade Development.

Key Responsibilities

Drive execution and completion of strategic initiatives with defined timelines and measurable outcomes

Lead national deployment and management of systems ensuring timely adoption and consistent execution

Champion proactive trade marketing and leverage technology to improve execution efficiency and performance visibility

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of 15 years in the CPG or retail industry with proven execution and project management experience

Demonstrated leadership in Trade Development, Commercial Planning, or Sales Strategy

Experience managing cross-functional, multi-market teams and enterprise rollouts

Deep understanding of pricing, quota management, and supplier execution models
