Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Digital Marketing Specialist to join their thriving team. This role, based in Charlotte, North Carolina , is critical for driving online sales, enhancing brand presence, and optimizing the customer journey across all digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on e-commerce growth, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, proven success in digital marketing campaigns, and a passion for data-driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for e-commerce platforms. Manage and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Plan, execute, and analyze paid advertising campaigns (SEM, PPC) across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive sales. Create, schedule, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention. Develop engaging and compelling content for the website, blog, social media, and other digital channels. Monitor website analytics and e-commerce KPIs, providing regular reports on campaign performance and insights. Conduct A/B testing on various marketing elements (e.g., ad copy, landing pages, email subject lines) to optimize performance. Manage the e-commerce product catalog and ensure product listings are optimized for search engines and customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web development, creative, and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media. Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure a positive Return on Investment (ROI). Research competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce. Proven experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is highly desirable. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Excellent copywriting, communication, and content creation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
