A rapidly growing e-commerce company, headquartered in the vibrant city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania , is searching for a highly strategic and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to lead their online marketing efforts. This role is instrumental in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through innovative digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of all facets of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics. Responsibilities include developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies, managing significant advertising budgets across multiple platforms, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize ROI. You will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, staying ahead of industry trends, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus. A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and performance marketing, is mandatory. Proven success in managing large-scale digital campaigns, demonstrating expertise in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and proficiency in marketing automation tools are required. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive e-commerce sales and brand awareness. Manage and optimize paid search (PPC), social media advertising, and other digital ad campaigns. Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives to improve organic search rankings. Develop and execute content marketing and email marketing strategies. Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools and provide actionable insights. Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources. Identify and evaluate new digital marketing channels and technologies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce. Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Excellent project management and communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns.
