Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Marketing Officer based in Pittsburgh, PA, with the flexibility to work from home. The Chief Marketing Officer will lead strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives, oversee market research to understand trends and needs, and shape brand positioning. Responsibilities include managing public relations efforts, collaborating with the board and CEO teams to drive donation growth, and implementing effective marketing management strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Public Relations strategies and relationship management
• Skills in Marketing Management and implementing effective marketing campaigns
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in marketing leadership role is preferred
