About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Marketing to drive growth by elevating brand visibility, forging strategic partnerships, and leading demand generation initiatives within the defense and robotics sectors. Ideal for a proven product marketer and team builder, this role is pivotal in positioning the company as a preferred provider of radio technologies for drone manufacturers and robotics innovators. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive multi-channel strategy to drive lead generation and customer retention.
- Team Leadership: Recruit and onboard key marketing hires, establishing a high-performing team.
- Campaign Management: Lead monthly campaigns, including tradeshows, webinars, and partnerships, to boost engagement and loyalty.
- Analytics and Optimization: Establish CRM-based ROI tracking within 90 days to assess and refine marketing strategies.
- Customer Engagement: Strengthen relationships with current customers through co-marketing and collaborative efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in managing and scaling marketing teams.
- Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Expertise in aligning marketing goals with business objectives and leveraging data for decisions.
- Proven Marketing Success: A history of delivering creative and impactful campaigns in technical B2B spaces.
- Industry Insight: Familiarity with the defense, robotics, or high-tech industries is highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of technical B2B product marketing, ideally in communications, robotics, or unmanned systems.
- Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical products for diverse audiences.
- Experience in senior marketing roles with executive-level influence.
