We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to manage digital advertising campaigns and enhance data tracking capabilities for our client. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing and product teams to optimize brand performance and customer experience across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, and come from a software engineering background. They will also have skills in leveraging tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to gather and interpret data, driving campaign effectiveness.
Location: Hybrid - St. Louis, MO 63105 (Onsite Tu-We-Th)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire, 90 days
Start Date: January 20, 2025
Hours per Week: 20 (Tues-Wed-Thurs onsite)
Pay Rate: $37-$40/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social and digital platforms.
- Manage cookie, pixel, and tag placement for data tracking.
- Conduct sales and lead tracking, retargeting, and campaign performance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Digital Manager and Behavioral Science Lead.
- Prepare and present performance reports for staff and clients.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite for data-driven decision-making.
Core Requirements:
- Proven experience with paid media campaigns.
- Expertise in pixel and tag tracking.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Preferred: Background in software engineering.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
