As the Advocacy & Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing the partnerships and advocacy arm of the business, managing a dynamic team, and driving innovation in the influencer and creator marketing space. The ideal candidate has a love for all things beauty, and is ready to lead!
The Role:
- Drive creator database growth through constant identification, recruitment, and engagement of new talent.
- Craft and oversee content briefs to meet brand goals via social media, mailers, and live activations, ensuring KPIs on opt-ins, conversions, and traffic.
- Manage brand campaigns, including sampling and mailers, ensuring on-time, in-budget delivery that meets brand expectations.
- Activate and grow social strategies, creating engaging content and maintaining a professional presence.
- Oversee paid partnerships, from concept creation inspired by trends to talent outreach, contract negotiations, and campaign execution.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in influencer, digital, or social media spaces within beauty, lifestyle, or fashion, with a strong passion for beauty.
- Expertise in both paid and organic influencer marketing and social media landscapes.
- Established and growing relationships with agents, influencers, and key opinion leaders.
- Creative mindset with a passion for content creation, including hands-on involvement.
- Proven experience in team management, from setting goals to fostering associate growth.
