Responsibilities:
1.Build the brand system according to the company's brand strategy, and develop and execute strategic brand plans aligned with the company's growth objectives.
2.Develop daily marketing calendars and major holiday promotion strategies based on brand promotion goals, product positioning, and operational requirements.
3.Develop and manage brand marketing advertising and channel budgets, monitor channel advertising effectiveness, and optimize accordingly.
4.Based on profound insights into the market and consumers, accurately position brands and products to ensure consistent brand image communication.
5.Regularly monitor brand performance and reputation, conduct brand value assessments, and adjust strategies promptly to ensure brand value enhancement and development.
6.Responsible for team building, overall management, and organization motivation, leading the team to efficiently and effectively complete tasks.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields.
2.Minimum of 5 years of lifestyle brand planning and operations, with a systematic methodology for brand building.
3.Possess data analysis and decision-making abilities, able to make timely decisions based on market data and consumer feedback.
4.Ability to collaborate across departments, working closely with different departments to drive comprehensive implementation of brand strategies.
5.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
