Description/Comment:
The client marketing and communications team is looking for a candidate to provide support in the following areas:
Reporting and analytics: Must be proficient with Excel, Google analytics and Adobe Analytics and be able to interpret data.
Presentation development: Able to build PowerPoint slides and other presentations as needed.
Asset management: Maintain monthly brand updates of creative digital tool kit.
Writing support for emails and newsletters: Attention to detail in supporting different brands and doctor affiliations.
Graphic design and video support: Basic knowledge of creative platforms and applications.
Podcast support: Help in the creation of the eye care podcast; content, preparation, and production needs.
Meeting notes and recaps: Manage meeting notes and follow ups.
Requirements:
In office at least 1x per week
Detail-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Adobe Creative Suite
Note:
Work hours: minimum of 25 HOURS / week, may vary
Remote or Onsite:
o If onsite, please indicate if hybrid or workplace only hybrid – 2 days / week (days are flexible)
