Your Role
As BUDDY’s Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in building brand awareness, driving app downloads, and nurturing user engagement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience, helping us achieve our mission of redefining connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Brand Strategy: Strengthen BUDDY’s brand identity through storytelling and innovative digital strategies that connect with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
- Performance Marketing: Manage paid media campaigns (social, search, and display) to optimize cost per acquisition (CPA) and increase daily active users (DAU).
- Social Media & Content: Oversee content creation and community management, ensuring messaging aligns with BUDDY’s tone and values.
- Analytics and Insights: Track, measure, and report campaign performance using analytics tools; leverage data to optimize strategies.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and build partnerships with ambassadors, influencers, brands, and events that align with BUDDY’s vision.
- Growth Marketing: Experiment with growth hacks and innovative strategies to boost app visibility and user adoption.
- Market Research: Stay updated on DTC and app marketing trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a DTC or mobile app environment.
- Proven track record of driving growth through paid and organic marketing channels.
- Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of Gen Z and millennial trends and behaviors.
- Creative thinker with exceptional storytelling and content creation skills.
- Data-driven mindset focusing on metrics like CAC, LTV, and retention.
- Experience with A/B testing, app store optimization (ASO), and user journey mapping is a plus.
