Vitrazza is a national DTC e-commerce retailer and the market leader in the Glass Office Chair Mat category. From our roots as a local CO business, we’ve grown into a national brand with ads on Sirius XM, Monday Night Football, National Cable News, and more. Despite our growth, our internal team is small, and we’re looking for an exceptional marketing leader that can help us reach the next level. The Director of Marketing will be charged with cultivating and executing ideas that build a bigger audience for our brand in the DTC space. We’re aiming to further our position as the brand leader by creating powerful content, developing successful advertising, and engaging an enthusiastic market. The person we hire will lead a small team and 3-4 agencies. The primary objective for this role is to optimize our marketing in the service of ROAS, net income, and growth. The candidate we choose will be expected to review/research our current activities and audiences to glean insights that will lead to better results. The Director of Marketing will lead in eight primary areas:
- Web Dev/Design/CRO (w/an agency partner and staff).
- Brand: style, messaging, imagery, video, copy (w/Head of Creative)
- Marketing plan/promo calendar/internal comms.
- Email marketing.
- Customer engagement: organic social, reviews, UGC, identity management.
- Content, influencers, publicity.
- Customer Experience: optimizing the journey from order to review..
- Product launches.
Objectives and Key Results:
- Effective agency partnerships with all partners achieving key metrics in web development, design, CRO, and digital marketing.
- Brand-aligned copywriting across all creative.
- A comprehensive full-year plan and calendar communicated to the entire org.
- A successfully-managed email marketing program with demonstrated results.
- An effective content marketing program.
- A consistent, high-performing organic social media presence.
- A reinvigorated and effective affiliate program.
- Well-managed influencer, PR, and local advertising initiatives.
- Optimized CX touch points post-order.
- Clear and engaging internal communications that keep the org engaged.
- Successful marketing launches for 2-4 new products per year.
- Achieved or exceeded company ROAS, CTA, and net income targets.
- 10-20% annual revenue growth.
- An enthusiastic and productive team.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional copywriting skills.
- Proven success managing a branded e-commerce site.
- Heavy experience in email marketing, content marketing and social media.
- Experience with CRM/marketing software (e.g. HubSpot or similar) and email platforms similar to Klaviyo.
- Solution-oriented thinking, sound judgment, highly organized, disciplined, dependable/reliable, and of high character.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proven expertise in project management and change implementation.
- Drug-free.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.

Benefits/Comp:
- Salary: $110-125k
- Staff Bonus: Semi-annual, 1-3% of Salary
