Assistant - Creative Content

In this Marketing role you’ll unleash your creativity and organizational skills. Join our dynamic creative team as a Creative Content Assistant. In this pivotal role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various business partners on exciting projects like photo shoots and production, styling, image management, merchandise coordination, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Production and Shoot Management:
- Partner with the Creative Content Manager to craft and maintain photoshoot schedules and post-production timelines that keep the energy flowing.
- Ensure all photo samples are perfectly tracked and checked for availability and accuracy—because details matter!
- Get hands-on by organizing samples for style-outs, efficiently packing, and tagging them for shoots, and managing logistics like a pro.
- Create and distribute critical shot sheets to keep the whole team in sync and ready to shine.
- Prepare and pack merchandise for shoots, ensuring styling props are fresh and fabulous.
- Be the go-to liaison for third-party agencies, like Accenture, during live shoots—your communication skills will be key!
- Manage the Sample Shot List Tracker, diligently tracking missing images and following up to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Send out insightful recap emails after each shoot, highlighting successes and identifying future product needs.
- Collaborate with re-touchers to track and communicate retouching notes, ensuring every image is polished to perfection.
Asset Management:
- Develop and streamline efficient processes for asset management and distribution to our Wholesale departments and partners.
- Organize digital assets and communicate updates on imagery usage rights in collaboration with the Creative Content Manager—keeping everyone informed and on point!
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Team up with Design and Merchandising teams for color corrections and content updates, fostering a spirit of creativity and collaboration.
- Maintain open lines of communication with merchants, sample coordinators, and the Production Manager to keep photo shoot and production calendars running smoothly.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in production, fashion marketing, or styling.
- Creative production experience is a plus; on-set production experience is a fantastic bonus!
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong time management and follow-through.
- An eagle eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines across diverse teams.
- Proficient in Excel, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and InDesign—let’s get creative!
