Job Title: Experiential Marketing Manager
Status: Fulltime
Reports to: Senior Manager, Marketing
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annual salary
Job Description
We’re seeking a dynamic individual to energize our Experiential Marketing program. This role is integral in representing the Hendler Family Brewing Company’s brands at events while ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external partners.
This person will also help manage our point-of-sale item program.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure all market activations are fun, engaging, and on-brand experiences for all customers in attendance
- Document clear standards and SOPs for market activations
- Create and manage training program for Brand Ambassadors and Sales Representatives who will be executing activations
- Lead event planning and execution for larger market activations
- Manage the process of approving events and assigning coverage of events including:
- Field event requests from all sources, vet them, and secure details
- Own communications between the event organizer, Brand Ambassador, and the Sales & Marketing teams as needed
- Post open events on the internal job board and monitor the message board for questions. Assign brand ambassadors that best fit the events
- Obtain necessary documentation for events such as COIs and TIPs certifications
- Find coverage for an event if there is a last-minute cancelation
- Clean and put away event supplies after events
- Manage Brand Ambassadors, including:
- Oversee recruiting and hiring of Brand Ambassadors
- Monitor Brand Ambassador payroll
- Assemble event kits for BAs according to the event’s needs and coordinate pickup/dropoff to the BA
- Administrative duties include:
- Keep running inventory of/order POS, beer, and event materials for events
- Attend meetings regarding event programming
- Attend weekly Marketing & Sales meetings to learn more about day-to-day operations and big-picture plans
- Manage the organization of physical POS storage in the brewery with the Warehouse team
- Keep the digital POS portal up to date
- Manage POS requests from distributors and the internal sales team, create POs, pull POS, and stage for pickup or delivery
- Other related duties and assignments as necessary
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of related experiential marketing experience
- Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well across teams toward a common goal
- Experience managing and motivating a team to achieve goals
- Experience working events, specific experience promoting consumer packaged goods at events is a plus
- An understanding of the Hendler Family Brewing Company’s brands and the current craft beer market
- Ability to frequently commute to Framingham, Foxboro, Worcester, and beyond
- A love of craft beer culture is a plus
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends, this position will not be your standard 9-5
- Tireless attitude and positive influence on team members
Job Site/Hours:
- 1-2 days in office in Framingham a week, flex days as needed
- 3-4 days in market, including regular evening and weekend events
