About The Role
We’re seeking a skilled Brand & Marketing Designer to join the Daisy team as we continue to refine and expand our brand’s visual identity. As a key member of our creative team, you’ll contribute to Daisy’s growth by creating assets for marketing campaigns, social media, performance marketing, and helping to enhance our online presence. From concept development to final production, you’ll be involved at every stage of the creative process. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our team culture while making a significant impact on how Daisy presents itself to the world.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Refine, enhance, and implement templates and guidelines for Daisy’s visual identity.
- Serve as a key creative partner for marketing initiatives, including campaigns, sales efforts, and general lead generation tactics.
- Tackle diverse creative projects, such as website design, decks, social media, paid advertising, and internal branding assets.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to align on creative strategy, execution, and production for Daisy’s marketing and advertising efforts.
- Contribute to the strategic vision, definition, and continuous evolution of our brand’s visual aesthetic.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work rapidly and frequently.
- Ensure cohesive design standards are upheld across all of our channels, touchpoints, and projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Keep working files organized and scalable for efficient collaboration and agility.
- Use Figma to prototype designs and communicate concepts clearly.
- Stay informed about the latest design tools, trends, and techniques.
Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in an agency or team setting (or equivalent).
- A detail-oriented, craft-obsessed mindset.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative, visually compelling designs.
- Proficiency with design tools: Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Mastery of core design principles and fundamentals.
- Consistent ability to produce pixel-perfect, production-ready work.
- Strong systems-thinking and the capacity to deliver high-quality work consistently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to advocate for the brand and our visual standard.
- A proactive mindset and a solutions-oriented approach to design challenges.
- A desire to grow, refine your skills, and develop your craft further.
- Ability to accept and provide constructive feedback.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of a dynamic startup environment.
Salary Range
The salary for this position ranges between $75,000 and $90,000. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Exceptions to the proposed salary may apply based on various factors. In addition, we offer a range of additional benefits that will be detailed during the interview process.
