Position Details
Commitment: 36 hours per week, Schedule comes with great flex depending on if you are working a live event that takes place in an evening or not. Non-event days are in office from 8am-5pm with a lunch - Monday-Thursday. Friday's are half days 8am to Noon.
Compensation: Starting salary range is $58-62K, plus full medical and dental benefits and a generous retirement benefit plan. Medical benefits covered almost fully by the company! All Holidays off including the week between Christmas and New Year's and you get Your Birthday off!

Duties & Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications Support
- Work with the Senior Marketing Coordinator on event scheduling, attendance, logistics around the events
- Follow-up with prospects to confirm meeting details, that they received information on event attendance.
- Assist with preparation of proposals for executing client and prospect events
- Review and proof marketing materials, letters and communication pieces.
- Research, input and organize prospect data in CRM system and provide executive summary of findings.
- Already having Salesforce Knowledge is a big plus for the potential candidate
- Flexibility to work evening events during the week approximately 8 times a month, executing live events that you have planned
- Work with Vendors in the Dallas metro to secure event space, logistics for the event and sub-vendors helping to execute on the Lord and Richards experience for clients.
