Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our day-to-day marketing operations. This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing to bring campaigns to life across email, SMS, Web, and social channels. The ideal candidate has strong project management, graphic design, and copywriting skills with a passion for culturally driven brands. We are looking for someone in Los Angeles, CA but are open to someone remote if they are a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Planning
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to implement marketing strategies for upcoming campaigns
- Build and manage campaign briefs in Notion (CRM), ensuring all elements align with the marketing vision
- Plan and organize all emails, SMS, and social media posts in Notion
- Draft and submit marketing materials (emails, SMS, social posts) for review and approval
2. Project Management
- Input all campaign components (timelines, key dates, assets) into Notion for structured planning.
- Maintain and update campaign performance dashboards for leadership review.
- Ensure timely execution of approved emails, SMS, and social posts as per the marketing calendar.
3. Campaign Execution
- Post across all social platforms
- Schedule all emails and SMS
- Handle community engagement and DM’s across all social platforms
- Execute website transitions during campaigns, including pricing adjustments during sales
- Update cover images bi-weekly to reflect current campaigns and promotions
4. Marketing Ops
- Research and identify event planners
- Source content creators, affiliates, and influencers to collaborate with PaliRoots
Preferred Experience:
- Social media marketing experience
- Experience using email marketing tools (i.e. Klayvio, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Proficiency in graphic design and knowledge of tools (Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva)
- Experience using CRM’s (i.e. Notion, Salesforce, etc.)
