This is a full-time Home Office position with 5-10% travel, working under the direction of the COO to implement communications, messaging, and a strategic marketing plan that will increase awareness of the mission, vision, values, and needs of TCN.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the COO contribute to the creation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan to include:
- Digital marketing strategies
- Assistance in managing the organization’s website, blogs, online advertising, HubSpot email marketing campaigns, etc.
- SEO Optimization
- SEO Marketing
- Graphic design
- General advertising
- Organizational press releases
- Social media design and management
- Adhere to policies related to the marketing department, including but not limited to federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to marketing standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- HubSpot Certifications in Marketing and Sales
- Knowledge of Federal and State regulations as they relate to Marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook, power point, etc.)
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral/written skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate and follow through on projects.
- Ability to participate as a team player
Qualifications
- Associate degree in marketing, communications or a related field or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s Preferred
- 3- 5 years of experience in related areas
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
