Project Overview:
GoodRx is hiring for a partner with expertise to build a robust B2B marketing system that will enable us to reach and engage our clients more effectively and reach our growth marketing objectives.
The initial phase of this project focuses on developing the foundational elements of our B2B Marketing system to support the GoodRx Manufacturer Solutions (ManSol) team. The contractor will be responsible for researching and building a functional marketing system that integrates with existing GoodRx tools and platforms, and aligns with our growth marketing objectives. You will work cross-functionally within our organization to research and review the capabilities and offerings of available tools- and help evaluate what additional marcom tech stack and operational services we need to best enhance and execute our marketing plans.
Responsibilities:
- Research & lead the development /launch of a best-in-class B2B healthcare marketing communications systemthat allows us to engage, inform and communicate with our Pharma and Agency clients, with an efficient and targeted approach. (i.e. Marketo/Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Typeform)
- Stand up a growth marketing platform that is marketer-friendly and scalable across key marketing channels/segments.
- Design the architecture of the marketing system to support acquisition, nurture, and retention of clients through effective onboarding, CRM, and CMS initiatives.
- Coordinate with technical teams to migrate existing content and integrate new capabilities and tools into the platform.
- Outline performance reporting capabilities of each element and how to best leverage the platform for actionable insights and optimization.
- Set up and test the system to ensure it meets the needs of the ManSol team for efficient and targeted communication with clients.
- Develop ideas for initial marketing campaigns and content strategies to support biopharma partner expansion and demand generation.
Contractor Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience, with deep experience in B2B marketing and working with growth, sales, and executive teams. SAAS product experience in a B2B role and industry is required. (Pharma-Tech experience is preferred, related experience accepted).
- Track record of success in delivering and scaling marketing programs & working with CRM/CMS tools.
- Understanding of the role of each tactic in the evolution of a client relationship development: events, email, social, trade publishers, etc and the understanding of how they all work together for the best possible outcome.
- Proven track record in setting up and optimizing marketing systems and tech stacks.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters of Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
Contract Details:
- This is a contract position for 6 months with the possibility of extension based on project success and future phases.
- The role is remote/hybrid requiring 20-30 hours per week. Some in-person meetings will be required at GoodRx HQ, Santa Monica or New York.
