Summary
FarmboxRx is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Brand Director to join our leadership team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Product and Client Teams and other leadership stakeholders and have direct oversight of our Creative and Communications functions. The Brand Director plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall brand strategy of FarmboxRx, ensuring that the company’s vision comes to life consistently across all healthcare member touchpoints and product lines. This senior leadership position requires a dynamic and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior. The Brand Director will lead efforts to bring a consumer-focused brand to life in a healthcare setting through both print and digital elements, fostering meaningful engagement with FarmboxRx members and partners.
Key responsibilities include driving brand growth, enhancing brand equity, and ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels. The role requires a visionary leader who can inspire and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative branding solutions that align with FarmboxRx’s mission and objectives in a broader commercialization strategy. This includes leveraging creativity and strategic insights to craft compelling narratives, campaigns, and experiences that resonate with diverse audiences within the healthcare landscape.
The ideal candidate will combine a forward-thinking approach with hands-on expertise, ensuring that FarmboxRx remains a leader in delivering impactful, consumer-centric branding in the healthcare space.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to ensure alignment with the brand’s mission, promise, and business objectives.
· Partner with Strategy and Communication teams to commercialize the FarmboxRx brand.
· Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, visibility, and consumer engagement across various channels.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams; to include marketing, creative, sales, and product departments, ensuring brand consistency and performance.
· Provide strategic direction for the development and growth of brand positioning ensuring it resonates with target audiences and market demands.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and consumer insights to assess brand performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
· Lead the creation and delivery of brand messaging that aligns with the company’s vision, values, and long-term goals.
· Manage the brand’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
· Act as a key decision-maker to safeguard brand equity, ensuring all initiatives meet quality standards and align with strategic priorities.
· Work closely with senior leadership to articulate brand goals, drive innovation, and execute initiatives that enhance brand growth and value.
· Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends and maintain the brand’s competitive edge in the marketplace.
· Travel will be required for in-person executive summits and a few trade shows per year.
Competencies
- Extensive experience in consumer and lifestyle brand management functions, within lifestyle health and wellness required.
- Strong knowledge base in health care, familiarity with Medicare Stars and other quality rating systems preferred.
- Minimum of six (6) years in a brand leadership role with direct reports.
- Proven ability to provide strategic oversight and direction driving product success.
- Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage multiple layers of management and senior-level staff.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic big picture thinker with the ability to plan and execute for long-term growth and align with company values.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- The Director of Brand will report directly to the CEO and oversee the Marketing, Creative, and Communication functions.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
- Marketing, Creative, or Business Administration Degree, or equivalent; 6+ years of related experience and/or training; Degree in Brand Management preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
