Role Overview:
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Aurate’s online presence, fostering engagement and community, and driving brand awareness. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our audience and reflects our ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Pitch, develop and execute engaging visual and written content, including photos, videos, reels, and carousels, for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and others).
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments to create innovative and timely content.
Strategy: Organize and update a Social Media calendar that reflects our brand messaging, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions, giveaways, co-branded social partnerships, etc.
Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a great online community.
Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for optimizing future content and campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels.Photoshoot Support: Capture behind the scenes social media assets on set.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in the fashion, jewelry, or luxury goods industries; or proven track record on personal accounts.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.
Creativity: Strong visual and storytelling skills with a portfolio that demonstrates a keen eye for aesthetics and brand alignment.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with influencers or managing influencer collaborations (especially on ShopMy).
Knowledge of paid social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
