We are seeking a talented and creative marketing professional to join our US marketing team. The US Wealth Marketing Strategist will serve as a strategic partner for our US Wealth client team as we develop and extend relationships with financial advisors in the RIA, Independent and Wirehouse channels and global financial institutions in the United States.
The candidate is required to have US wealth management distribution knowledge and experience as well as executing on an omni-channel marketing strategy. These include brand and product positioning, digital, campaign development, thought leadership idea generation and events.
This role is ideal for an individual who is looking to help execute on the marketing growth strategy of a top institutional firm who is also expanding their presence in the US wealth channel. This individual will be part of a team that will develop and execute on the US marketing strategy by positioning and promoting the firm’s investment capabilities and differentiating the firm brand with US wealth clients. In this role you will be responsible for executing on marketing plans and activities for the wealth channel, collaborating and executing on key client events, leveraging data and analytics to optimize marketing activities and continuously assess and optimize the team’s activities and campaigns for success. This position will work in very close collaboration with colleagues in sales, relationship management, investment management as well as across our global marketing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Employ a data-driven approach to marketing and manage the development and execution of US Wealth marketing strategy to both improve awareness and adoption of our products across US Wealth sales channels.
- Lead the execution of marketing plans to create significant engagement opportunities with clients and prospects.
- Develop and retain knowledge of competitors brand position, capabilities, market trends, industry developments, and client engagement preferences.
- Create messaging to support the business and continually build the brand utilizing the full omni-marketing mix: content, digital, social, events, paid and earned media.
- Establishing and monitoring key marketing performance measurements to acquire insights and continuously optimize our campaign success.
- Collaboration with sales partners on the management of all US Wealth client events.
- Experience working with marketing technology systems (CMS, webinar and podcast platforms etc.).
- Knowledge of salesforce and integrating marketing platforms with salesforce.
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity in proactively recommending and implementing differentiated marketing solutions.
- Manage budget and internal resources effectively with focus on activities that will have the greatest impact.
- Work with PR/corporate communications to ensure channel alignment and implementation of external messages.
QUALIFICATIONS
As an ideal candidate, you will possess the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in US Wealth marketing within investment management.
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms (content management systems, webinar platforms, data visualization tools, salesforce).
- Excellent project management/organizational skills, including ability to multi-task, be consistently responsive, and manage changing priorities while meeting often tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with creative teams, senior executives, internal business partners, external clients and external vendors.
- Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and creativity; continuously seek out ways to improve upon and elevate effective marketing strategies.
- Passion for working in a creative and collaborative environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience of working as a part of a global team where team members are based in multiple global offices.
- Understanding of the marketplace – Including regulatory and legislative landscape.
Base Salary Range: The anticipated based salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000 + benefits + a discretionary bonus. This is the base salary range that the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting based on the location and requirements of the position as well as the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant. The Firm reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
