Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic
Social Media Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our clients. The ideal candidate is a social media enthusiast with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across various platforms.
This role offers a unique opportunity to grow with our company. While the position starts as temporary/part-time, we are excited to consider extending a full-time offer to individuals who excel in the role and align with our values.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client goals and target audiences.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities to ensure BRK and its clients stay ahead of the curve.
Content Creation & Management
- Develop compelling, on-brand content for various platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Oversee content calendars, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce engaging materials.
Community Management
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with audiences across platforms to build relationships and foster loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using industry-standard tools.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
Paid Social Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve client objectives.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
Client Collaboration
- Maintain regular communication with clients to align on goals, share updates, and gather feedback.
- Present campaign ideas and results to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of professional social media management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts and achieving measurable results.
Skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
Knowledge
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and budget management.
