Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Channel Strategy & Campaign Manager to lead the development, execution, and analysis of multiple marketing campaigns across different channels. The ideal candidate will manage both the Apex Channel Strategy and Email Channel Strategy, partnering closely with marketing, brand, and integration teams to create comprehensive pre-launch, in-launch, and post-launch strategies that drive customer engagement and business growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact across our enterprise-wide campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Apex Channel Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Lead the strategy, build, and execution of campaigns across the Apex channel.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive strategies and campaign structures.
- Drive campaign analysis and performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimizations.
- Oversee end-to-end management of campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Email Channel Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including strategy formulation, creation, launch, and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and integration teams to develop pre-launch materials and post-campaign marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign data and make strategic recommendations for improvements.
Cross-Team Strategy Alignment:
- Build and align strategies across all marketing teams to support the Bank Site's incentive campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and optimized results.
- Partner with enterprise teams to integrate cross-channel messaging and deliver cohesive campaigns across various platforms.
Campaign Reporting & Insights:
- Analyze campaign performance across all channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Track KPIs and provide detailed reports to stakeholders on campaign success and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in channel strategy, campaign management, and execution, particularly in the digital marketing space.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies and tools.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
