Marketing
The Marketing Team supports Stadium Goods' direct-to-consumer business, brand partnerships and brand expansion, including our apparel business, and creating content, both for the Stadium Goods site and app and our sales channels, and content for our several social media accounts. The Marketing Team consists of many overlapping departments, including digital marketing, brand, social, and content (including our photo studio on Wooster Street). The Marketing Team works across the entire organization.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager at Stadium Goods to work closely with digital, supply, merchandising and finance teams to build and execute digital campaigns focused on driving growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and performance of paid acquisition and retargeting channels, ensuring marketing campaigns are driving high quality users efficiently, with a focus on strong ROAS, incremental growth and scale.
What You'll Do
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (with focus on paid search, display, affiliates) that drive customer acquisition, customer engagement & retention, revenue growth and profitability.
- Oversee keyword research, bid management, product feed, and budget allocation to ensure campaigns are optimized for performance and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to adjust strategy for competitive advantage.
- Budget Management Implement budget management and forecast practices, ensuring that paid marketing campaigns remain within allocated spend while driving optimal returns.
- Take ownership of campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across all paid marketing channels.
- Customer Insights & Data Analysis: Utilize customer insights, market trends, and analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics) to track KPIs and inform campaign strategies and measure their effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts, improve ROI, and enhance customer experiences.
- Work closely with data engineering and product team to drive data related improvements (i.e. attribution model)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with digital, supply, merchandising, creative and finance teams to build and execute digital campaigns that align with business goals and focused on driving growth
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop content materials that align with channel needs
Who You Are
- Strong experience in performance-driven digital marketing, with a strong focus on PPC and paid search, including budget management and profitability analysis.
- Expertise in running paid channels including Google Shopping Ads and Meta.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar) and the ability to interpret data to drive financial performance and optimize campaigns for profit.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a passion for driving profitable growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Preferred Qualifications- Familiarity with additional marketing channels such as Affiliate marketing and SEO.
- Experience in eCommerce or consumer goods, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience of supervising or managing a team, capable of leading and mentoring employees to achieve high productivity, performance and collaboration, while fostering a positive work environment.
NYC WAGE TRANSPARENCY
- The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $115,000 and $130,000 [year]; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
