Position Description
We are seeking a high-performing, dynamic, and energetic Marketing Analyst to join our U.S. Global Wealth Management (GWM) Marketing team. The U.S. GWM Marketing team drives and executes the marketing strategy for one of the largest business lines at PIMCO – the U.S. Wealth Management market. As a Marketing Analyst, you will support our teams in deepening relationships and driving business results through personalized, client-centric experiences, specifically focused on Private Banks, Trusts and Retail Platforms (BTP) and for RIA firms across our Private Client Group (PCG).
In this newly established role, you will serve as a key marketing liaison for sales teams, focusing on building relationships and programs that drive business growth with key clients. The Marketing Analyst will manage the day-to-day execution and project logistics, ensuring timely delivery of marketing campaigns, event materials, and quarter-end reporting across various investment vehicles.
In addition to executing high-volume, deadline-driven tasks, the Marketing Analyst will analyze and summarize metrics for all marketing activities, preparing reports and recommendations to enhance the client experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including product management, compliance, and various marketing departments—is essential for gathering and disseminating marketing resources. The role also involves creating bespoke marketing content that delivers immersive client experiences, driving innovation through research on industry trends and competitor activities, and championing best practices to optimize marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work directly with the VP of U.S. GWM Marketing to create and execute on PIMCO’s marketing strategies for Private Banks, Trusts and Retail Platforms (BTP) and for RIA firms across our Private Client Group (PCG).
- Serve as a marketing contact for our sales teams, focusing on building marketing relationships and programs that accelerate business growth with key clients.
- Provide day-to-day execution and project management, including managing marketing campaign logistics and event deliverables, data gathering, and facilitating approvals for marketing materials.
- Execute on high volume of deadline-driven tactical deliverables, such quarter-end reporting requirements across multiple investment vehicles including Model Portfolios and Separate Managed Accounts.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize metrics for all marketing-related activities, prepare reports for stakeholders, and make recommendations based on findings to optimize the client experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues across other departments, including partners in product management, compliance, technology, and all marketing departments (brand, corporate marketing, design, digital, channel, editorial, messaging, and content).
- Gather, maintain, and disseminate marketing resources to internal and client stakeholders.
- Develop impactful bespoke marketing, delivering immersive client experiences and tailored value-add content that resonates with our clients.
- Drive innovation by researching trends and competitor activities, brainstorming creative ideas, and championing industry best practices.

Position Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing campaign management and project management within the financial services industry. Marketing experience either directly at, or interfacing to, a Private Bank, Retail Platform, or RIA firm/aggregator is desirable.
- Hands-on experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives, including ideation, design, build, QA, metrics analysis, and optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as the Adobe platform.
- Exposure to CRM systems and how client-facing teams manage lead generation and client engagement.
- Capable of thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering results under pressure.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Ability to operate independently and professionally (with support and coaching).
- Enthusiasm for the financial markets and investment management.
- Exceptional organizational and program management skills, including the ability to manage a large number of ongoing initiatives.

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
Salary Range: $ 75,000.00 - $ 81,000.00
