Job Summary
The key role of the Brand Marketing Coordinator is to partner with the Brand Marketing Manager and team in developing and executing marketing programs for Clé de Peau Beauté to achieve brand objectives, maximize growth potential in the US Luxury Beauty market, and deliver a high-touch client experience at all omni-channel touchpoints. In this role, you will gain full exposure to the luxury beauty industry, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement and execute strategies that build brand awareness, equity, and drive sales growth. As the brand guardian, you will ensure that all brand communication and initiatives are aligned with Clé de Peau Beauté’s luxury identity. This includes overseeing brand-led programs to ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness in elevating the brand experience across consumer touchpoints.
Waht You Will Do
- Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and market share. Support the planning and execution of new product launches and marketing initiatives in the US market.
- Assist Brand Marketing Manager as a key point of contact for communications with Brand Holder and internal teams, assisting with requests such as sales reporting, product development feedback, seasonal orders, and other necessary information.
- Assist in gathering and synthesizing consumer insights and data analysis to help inform marketing strategies as well as pricing strategy and ensure campaigns and product positioning align with market trends and consumer needs.
- Support the development and production of seasonal gift sets and GWPs. Partner closely with Channel Marketing team to ensure on-time execution for retailer programming.
- Collaborate with Merchandising team on seasonal updates (units, case line) and in-store visual updates.
- Assist with inventory management from sku forecast to timely execution of product launches and related marketing materials.
- Drive creative briefs for marketing materials including seasonal gift sets, GWPs, digital content, print assets, visual merchandising and event collateral. Ensure materials meet brand guidelines, resonate with the target audience, delivered on time and on budget.
- Work with Channel Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Events, Education, Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Media, PR, Social, Creative, and E-Commerce, to execute marketing programs across multiple channels. Ensure coordination and consistency of messaging.
- Assist in the planning and execution of brand events, influencer collaborations, and in-store activations. Help manage logistics and ensure on-time delivery of marketing materials for successful event execution.
- Support the preparation of marketing reports and executive presentations, summarizing campaign performance, KPIs, and key learnings. Assist in tracking and reporting on marketing activities to ensure they align with business goals.
- Assist in gathering qualitative feedback from internal teams to determine performance and impact of marketing programs. Work with the team to implement improvements and optimize future marketing initiatives based on insights.
- Provide support to the broader marketing and sales teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across departments to meet business objectives and marketing goals.
- Lead the brand’s invoicing process with accuracy and timeliness for financial accountability

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
- Ideal candidate will have up to 2 years marketing experience in beauty, retail or luxury environment. Related experience in sales, merchandising, events or digital a plus.
- Exceptional administrative, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, resourceful self-starter who executes with a strong sense of urgency and has ability to manage various deadlines with speed and accuracy.
- Embraces both big picture thinking and attention to detail with impeccable follow through and time management skills.
- Extremely organized with a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage complex changing priorities.
- Demonstrates proactive, energetic, flexible and positive team-oriented attitude with ability to work with internal cross functional departments or external retailers and media agencies.
- Willingness to be hands on with routine store visits, evening global calls, and in-person event preparation and/or participation.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Sharepoint skills.
- Passionate knowledge of current beauty marketing trends, media industry news, competitive marketplace, and retail innovation.
