Marketing Manager
We're seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to spearhead our brand portfolio during an exciting period of rapid growth. The ideal candidate will architect and implement comprehensive marketing programs while driving go-to-market strategies across our brands. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact as we scale, requiring both strategic vision and strong execution skills.
This role requires a strong understanding of the discipline of brand marketing and campaign development (advertising and promotional) and the ability to translate the brand’s values into compelling messaging and experiences that drive consumer engagement, loyalty, and sales.
You'll work with the VP of Marketing to solve problems, champion growth initiatives, and drive revenue. This is a fully remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create and manage campaign calendars, including product launches and brand initiatives
- Drive go-to-market planning and execution across all channels
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Campaign Management
- Lead the creation and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns
- Optimize campaign performance through data analysis and A/B testing
- Manage digital marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels
- Oversee content creation and ensure brand consistency
Analytics & Performance
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion rates)
- Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights
- Manage marketing budget allocation and track ROI
- Forecast and track campaign metrics against business goals
Team Collaboration
- Partner with creative, sales, and product teams to align marketing initiatives
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
- Present marketing strategies and results to leadership
Skillset & Attributes
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth in a digital-focused or e-commerce setting.5+ years’ experience in data-driven growth/performance marketing roles Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or advertisingeCommerce/DTC experiencePrior experience launching a brand, new products, new product categories, etc. in a new market and driving growthProficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other key digital marketing platforms.Data-driven mindset with comfort using Excel to analyze campaign performance on a weekly basisFluency in Google Analytics 4 (or equivalent analytics platform), Google Search Console, Adwords, Bing Ads, and Meta (other ad engines a plus).Strong analytical, communication, leadership and presentation skills.Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and departments.Strong ability to effectively collaborate with multiple departments, leadership and vendors to achieve organizational goals.Highly organized with proven expertise managing complex projects simultaneously in a multi-channel marketing environment.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and agile.
