Job Summary: The key role of the Channel Marketing Coordinator is to partner with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing programs for Clé de Peau Beauté based on the brand’s distribution in the US market. The ideal candidate brings a digital-centric mentality, while supporting omni-channel businesses. In this role, you will gain full exposure to the luxury beauty industry, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize strategies that build brand awareness and drive traffic in each channel to maximize growth potential, drive long term profitability, build brand equity and increase market share.
What You Will Do
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans and product launches, including sampling, merchandising and promotional activities.
- Assist the Channel Marketing Manager in the execution of strategic marketing opportunities exclusive to the Channel as well as in-store & online branding programs, in partnership with Sales, Events, Visual Merchandising, and Integrated marketing.
- Assist in set-up and maintenance of seasonal allocation sheets to ensure on time delivery of marketing elements to counters, including samples, collateral, GWPs, testers, visual merchandising units, counter tools and spa supplies.
- Drive creative briefs for co-op exposures, localized event or program-specific development, branded visual merchandising materials, and collateral for all US retailer accounts. Manage the timeline throughout process to ensure that marketing elements meet brand guidelines, resonate with the target audience, delivered on time and in budget.
- Manage and maintain Channel marketing calendars, in-take forms, new product submission forms and activation plans.
- Assist in performance tracking of the retailers’ promotional activities to maximize program effectiveness, ensuring brand visibility across consumer touch points, and synergistic brand placements with integrated teams.
- Owner of 360
- omni-channel programming and retailers’ co-op tracker through consistent analysis of competitive products and brands, retailers’ landscape, beauty trends, best in class media tactics, online search, and store/spa visits.
- Assist in gathering qualitative feedback from the field to determine performance and impact of marketing programs. Incorporate findings with quantitative results to improve future programs.
- Assist in marketing presentations and meeting prep.
Retailer.com Responsibilities
- Owner of Retailer.com PDP asset and copy distribution for all new launches and routine updates across all accounts for any seasonal updates through collaboration with the Sales team and retailer buying offices for item setup. Monitor and apply best practices to PDP assets and copy consistently.
- Drive creative briefs for any R.com exposures or PDPs, including co-op, branded GWPs, and locally produced or programmed elements. Manage the timeline throughout process to ensure that marketing elements meet brand guidelines, resonate with the target audience, delivered on time and in budget.
- Ensure COM best practices are followed within retailer.com sites, and prepare to present findings and recommendations for marketing, sales and retailer contacts.
- Develop, maintain, and recap marketing calendar for each retailer site, including co-op exposures, brand boutique banners, product launches, emails and sampling initiatives.
- Perform weekly audits to track all mentions, activities, and placements of competitors and CPB across all retailer.com accounts.
Other Responsibilities
- Develop agenda, schedule, and own routine status with sales and monthly (or as needed) calls with all retailers or COM Product Beauty Specialists
- Routine shipping, tracking, and processing intake forms for all retailer samples used for marketing exposures, photoshoots and online placements to drive brand awareness.
- Support product closet maintenance by checking inventory and ordering new products as needed.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
- Ideal candidate will have up to 2 years marketing experience in beauty, retail or luxury environment. Related experience in sales, merchandising, events or digital a plus.
- Exceptional administrative, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, resourceful self-starter who executes with a strong sense of urgency and has ability to manage various deadlines with speed and accuracy.
- Embraces both big picture thinking and attention to detail with impeccable follow through and time management skills.
- Extremely organized with a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage complex changing priorities.
- Demonstrates proactive, energetic, flexible and positive team-oriented attitude with ability to work with internal cross functional departments or external retailers and media agencies.
- Willingness to be hands on with routine store visits, evening global calls, and in-person event preparation and/or participation.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Sharepoint skills.
- Passionate knowledge of current beauty marketing trends, media industry news, competitive marketplace, and retail innovation.

The hourly rate for this position may vary based on geographic location. Pay is based on several factors including knowledge, education, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, including a discretionary annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
