The Role:
As the Vice President of Brand Marketing, you will lead the charge in shaping and executing Caldera + Lab’s brand vision. This is a leadership role that requires hands-on execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. From crafting brand storytelling and spearheading social media strategy to managing partnerships and overseeing digital and experiential marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in positioning Caldera + Lab as the leader in prestige men’s skincare. If you don’t know how to do something yourself, you’re resourceful enough to build the team or find the right partners to get it done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Brand Development: Implement a comprehensive brand strategy that establishes Caldera + Lab as the leader in men’s skincare. Ensure all content is cohesive and resonates with our audience.
- Creative Leadership: Lead storytelling, copywriting, and content creation across internal teams and external partners.
- Team Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing marketing team to drive strategic initiatives.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute organic and paid social campaigns to drive engagement and brand growth.
- Agency Collaboration: Work with creative agencies to deliver impactful campaigns, experiential activations, and content strategies.
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee multi-channel campaigns that align with brand values and achieve measurable results.
- Product Marketing: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches with Product Development and Growth Marketing.
- Retail/Wholesale Marketing: Create strategies that support retail and wholesale partners, driving both in-store and online sales.
- PR & Communications: Manage PR efforts, trade shows, and industry events to boost brand visibility.
- Partnerships & Influencer Marketing: Expand reach through collaborations, influencer programs, and strategic gifting.
- Email Marketing: Partner with the email team to create engaging campaigns that drive conversions.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience with proven leadership in brand or product marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Expertise in multi-channel campaigns, consumer behavior, and social media strategy.
- Strong background in copywriting, creative direction, and content creation.
- Highly entrepreneurial and driven, with a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in DTC, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
