Who we’re looking for
We’re hiring a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager to lead & execute Reebelo’s social media strategy, focusing on TikTok and Instagram. You’ll own everything from content creation to community engagement, driving growth in our audience and sales. Work closely with our design and marketing teams to build a strong, consistent brand voice and bring Reebelo’s mission to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create engaging, shareable content with viral potential.
- Build and engage a strong community, responding to comments and fostering loyalty.
- Drive sales and brand awareness through innovative campaigns.
- Collaborate with design and other departments to launch customer acquisition initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of social media experience with a proven track record.
- Experience growing a community on your own account of 100k+ followers or managing company accounts that reached 1M+ followers.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create tailored content for each platform and audience.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative, startup mindset.
