VPR + Creative is looking for a motivated, hard-working, fashion-savvy, detail-oriented PR Coordinator to join their VIP & Celebrity team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and gain valuable experience in a small agency environment. Candidates must be available for in-person office work.
Based in NYC and LA, VPR + Creative is a boutique fashion public relations agency, focusing on celebrity and influencer marketing for our established clients.
General Responsibilities:
- Support team with day-to-day influencer & VIP efforts on behalf of in-house brands, Retrofête and SER.O.YA, and external clients.
- Conduct daily monitoring across social media and news outlets and send formal updates/clippings to relevant teams
- Assist with inventory management, including but not limited to sample trafficking, recording accurate status information, inputting new orders, showroom requests, coordinating warehouse orders, etc.
- Assist with Influencer/VIP giftings and mailers for new collections launches and initiatives
- Assist with maintaining an updated event calendar and pitching relevant contacts for dressing opportunities
- Assist with intern management and training
- Assist with stylist requests + showroom pulls
- Maintain and update master influencer, VIP, and stylist contact lists
- Assist in updating agendas for weekly/monthly touch bases with internal team and external clients
- Assist in client events, including but not limited to fashion shows, activations, etc.
- Be responsible for monthly reports across clients
Requirements/ Skills:
- 1+ years of fashion PR experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Works well under pressure
- Ready-To-Learn attitude
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Keeps up with Pop Culture and current fashion trends
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a strong understanding of fashion, influencer, and VIP landscape
- Self motivated, detail-oriented, ambitious, and eager to learn
- Knowledge of social media platforms, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of Launchmetrics is a plus
