Marketing Coordinator I
Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator I will support the marketing team in executing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. This role is essential for coordinating various marketing activities, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication across teams and with external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts and develop audience strategies to increase engagement.
- Support the creative development of campaign materials and activations.
- Coordinate with partners for promotional activities and ensure alignment with campaign goals.
- Help in the preparation of go-to-market presentations and partnership briefs.
- Maintain campaign timelines and monitor the status of promotional activations.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between marketing, sales, and other departments.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content streaming.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Slides, and Photoshop.
- Assisting in the development of creative assets, which may include Key Art, audio/visual materials (in collaboration with the Marketing A/V team), as well as digital and social content.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
- Outstanding communication skills with a knack for storytelling and learning agility.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
