About the Position:
As a
Market Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining the company's branding, marketing strategies, and public relations while supporting property managers to maximize operational success. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to grow into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a strong online presence for the company.
- Monitor reviews and communications to address and mitigate negative sentiment.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies with property managers to maximize net operating income.
- Coordinate photography needs for assets and other company requirements.
- Order and distribute branded merchandise and marketing collateral.
- Develop and maintain the company's branding and image.
- Create and manage an annual marketing budget, ensuring compliance.
- Oversee website domain adaptations during asset sales or acquisitions.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of assets and personnel.
- Identify business collaboration opportunities.
- Proactively address marketing challenges and implement solutions.
- Analyze marketing metrics and lead conversions to optimize strategies.
- Develop public relations plans and manage official statements.
- Integrate technology into marketing planning for operational efficiency.
- Process marketing-related invoices promptly.
- Manage vendor contracts and ensure maximum product efficiency.
- Provide timely notice for contract terminations.
- Audit content regularly to ensure accuracy and updates.
- Exhibit strong leadership and professionalism at all times.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or upper management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the multifamily housing or property management industry.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with various technology platforms.
- Previous experience in a marketing or managerial role within the multifamily industry is highly preferred.
