Social Media Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager with a wide range of social media and digital marketing activities.

Salary: $56,485 Annually
As a
Social Media Coordinator, you would be responsible for:
- Create and execute daily engagement of all social media platforms. This includes, but is not limited to: crafting, posting and tracking posts across all platforms, social listening, follower pushes, engaging with influencers etc
- Grow audience and engagement on all platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube
- Track insights and develop actionable strategies to boost audience following, reach, interactions, and growth on all platforms
- Continually monitor and respond to all questions, complaints, and other customer/consumer requests.
- Create and maintain a posting schedule for all platforms and create platform-specific content using images, videos, and graphics
- Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition and sales
- Manage influencer and advocate programs
- Develop and implement marketing programs utilizing social platforms
- Assist in the creation of marketing multi-media
- Keep on top of latest social marketing trends and implement best practices
- Support content projects for the marketing team when called upon; writing, editing, anything and everything
- Attend company events. Engage with consumers at retail level.
- Develop strategic plans to broadcast events and target appropriate audiences
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in journalism, public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field from a four-year college or university; or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point)
- Experience with Google Analytics and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of all social media platforms and how consumers use them, along with emerging platforms.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, strong judgement and attention to detail
- Passion for the western lifestyle and its values.
Other Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects
- Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members
- Problem-solving abilities to address quality issues effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
Essential Requirements
- Ability to Travel, up to 35% or as required
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally
