1.Lead the design and development of concept stores and flagship stores, focusing on innovation and elevating the customer experience.
2.Create and present design concepts for high-profile retail projects, incorporating brand identity and market trends.
3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., branding, marketing, design and operations) to align design vision with business objectives.
4.Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for flagship and concept store designs, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
5.Oversee the execution of design standards and ensure consistent application across all flagship and concept store projects.
6.Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and architects to deliver projects on time and within budget.
7.Analyze customer insights and food and beverage trends to drive continuous improvement in store design and layout.
8.Mentor and lead the design team, fostering creativity and professional development.
Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, ADA requirements, and sustainability practices.
9.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for future improvements.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2.3+ years of experience in food and beverage service interior design, including flagship or concept store projects, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
3.Strong project management skills, including experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
4.Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
5.Expertise in developing and executing design concepts for high-profile retail environments.
6.Experience collaborating with contractors, vendors, and architects on large-scale projects.
Knowledge of building codes, ADA standards, and sustainability practices.
7.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
8.Portfolio showcasing innovative retail design projects, especially flagship or concept stores.
