Job Description:
As a Marketing & Social Media Associate at BARNES New York, you will play a key role with tasks related to marketing, social media management, and content creation. You will actively contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring a strong and engaging online presence for our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media and marketing strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
- Oversee the SEA campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including images, videos, and written captions (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, user comments, and direct messages, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, designing templates, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Publish weekly articles and blog posts on the website, aligning with SEO and content marketing principles.
- Support general marketing operations, including administrative tasks and project coordination.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in French and English is required; Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms and implementing best practices for engagement and growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing principles.
- Basic knowledge of GoogleAds and Analytics.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
Work Environment:
This is an on-site position based in Manhattan, with weekly travel to our Larchmont office (twice a week).
